we liked the great view. room was large, bigger then in most kuantan hotels. the airport was 9 miles away. we used free parking on-site.

Good breakfast selection and convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Appreciated the clean bedding and towels.
Unpleasant odor in the room, possibly due to the carpet. Air conditioning leaked and made the environment stuffy.

We loved the convenient location near shopping mall and food outlets. Not to mention the famous 'grilled fish' restaurant only a short drive away. The hotel facilities were nice and the staff was very friendly. Free parking was available in the basement.
Couldn't stay longer.

We had a great time during our stay in this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and friendly. We also enjoyed the delicious and reasonably priced room service. the hotel was conveniently located close to two large shopping malls and within walking distance to some great restaurants and cafes.
Despite the amenities offered, the hotel lacked a hair dryer in the room, which was a minor inconvenience. , the wifi was not strong enough in our room, but that didn't stop us from having a great time exploring the city and enjoying all that the hotel had to offer.
